Overview

The Water Reference Library is part of the UNSW Library. WRL resources in the UNSW Library are located using the UNSW Library search system.

Direct borrowing is only available to persons registered as UNSW Library borrowers. Loans to external borrowers are provided through standard interlibrary loans requests (see below).

Current UNSW Students and Staff may borrow from the Water Reference Library by requesting items as an “intercampus loan” via the UNSW Library search system. Or may choose to visit WRLibrary in person and borrow using their UNSW id card.

Reciprocal Borrowers from other universities can borrow on production of their UNSW library card.

UNSW Alumni can borrow on production of their UNSW library card.

UNSW Community Borrowers (includes retired staff) can borrow on production of their UNSW Library card.

Non UNSW Users can request loans from the WRLibrary collection through the interlibrary service (ILL). Make an ILL request by contacting your own university, company, or any local public library.
